Kiltie may be a dead ringer for George W. Bush’s Barney, but boy, did he need presidential treatment when in came to grooming.

"He doesn't like people tubs, and he dislikes showers," says Kiltie’s owner, theater electrician Becky Lopes, of Fairhaven, Mass. “Everyone who saw him asked, 'Where are you? I can't see your face!' Kiltie’s beautiful eyes were hidden under all that tangled, straggly hair – and he needed a makeover!"

And Kiltie's scruffy look wasn't doing much for his love life. “There's a female Scottie in our neighborhood that looks very much like him,” says Becky. "If he were well groomed, I think he’d pay him some much-deserved doggie attention!"

Luckily, Kiltie cleans up nicely. "I now have one stylin' dog!" gushes Becky.
